All animal items offered for sale by Clear Creek Trading are legally obtained and can legally be sold by us in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona.

Unfortunately, certain animal parts and hides cannot be purchased in certain states/countries. When you order any animal item from us, we assume that item can be possessed by you in accordance with the laws of your state/country.

In the event that you order any animal item that is prohibited in your state or country, Clear Creek Trading will hold you responsible for all legal fees and penalties. Please do not dismiss this and educate yourself on the laws of your resident state/country.

Terms of Use

RETURNS

Shipments made in error by Clear Creek Trading will be refunded, including shipping charges. Ship all returns prepaid and insured for your protection. Pack all items securely. We cannot accept packages with postage due or be held responsible for uninsured shipments lost in transit. Credit or a replacement will be issued after the return has been received and inspected.

RESTOCKING FEES
All items returned for reasons other than error by Clear Creek Trading after 10 days past receipt date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unclaimed packages are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges incurred for reasons other than Clear Creek Trading error cannot be refunded and will be charged to the customer.

REPORTING ERRORS AND DAMAGES
All errors or damaged merchandise must be reported to Clear Creek Trading within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, open the package in the presence of the driver. If no driver is present, inspect the package and call/email Clear Creek Trading immediately. Keep all packing material and the original package in the event of a claim inspection by the carrier. Discarding the original packing material and/or package will void any reimbursement.

Clear Creek Trading will ship any corrections to your order at no charge to you in the event that we sent the original shipment in error or incomplete (does not include notified back orders). Correction shipments will be shipped using the original shipping method only.
